Performance Capacity™

Performance Capacity describes what it takes for individuals, teams and organizations to perform at a high level as complexity, uncertainty and pressure increase.

Results are never created directly. They emerge from the interaction between three layers: a stable core, trainable capabilities, and an environment that either amplifies or suppresses them. Performance is built from the inside out, and the model is strongly grounded in performance psychology.

Every engagement, whether with an individual founder, a leadership team or an entire organization, is a different application of the same model. High performance requires alignment across all three layers: the core, the capabilities and the environment have to support one another. Execution is the outcome. Performance Capacity is the mechanism.

Environment

The conditions that either amplify or suppress individual capacity.

The core belief

When the strategy is right but the execution isn't there yet

You have the strategy, the process and the team. And yet, somewhere between the plan and the result, it leaks.

01

A rep who knows what to do but defaults to old habits under pressure.

02

A leader still carrying what the team should own.

03

An organisation that mistakes motion for progress.

Organizations rarely fail because of poor strategy. They fail because the strategy exceeds the capacity of the people responsible for executing it. That capacity can be built.

Common questions

What people ask before reaching out

Performance Capacity describes what it takes for individuals, teams and organizations to perform at a high level as complexity, uncertainty and pressure increase. It is the philosophy behind all of my work, strongly grounded in performance psychology: a stable core, trainable capabilities, and an environment that supports them.

Performance coaching helps revenue teams build the clarity, ownership and behavioural consistency needed to execute under pressure.

This is for founders, CEOs, CROs, leadership teams and commercial teams in companies where growth, complexity or pressure has created a gap between potential and consistent execution.

Sales training teaches skills and process. Performance coaching builds the human capacity to apply those skills consistently when it's hard. Most teams don't have a knowledge gap. They have an execution gap.

I help with inconsistent execution, weak ownership, lack of focus, founder dependency, pressure, unclear priorities and the gap between knowing what to do and doing it consistently.

Both. I work one-to-one with founders and leaders, and with leadership and revenue teams through structured programmes.

Based in Norway. I work with clients across the Nordics, primarily B2B SaaS and growth companies, in English, Swedish or Norwegian.
