Why Me

I learned the importance of sales the hard way.

I founded my first company in 2012. The product was strong, our users loved it, but I couldn’t turn it into revenue.

That experience shaped everything that followed.

Over the past 14+ years, I’ve worked inside Nordic B2B SaaS, from early sales roles to Country Manager, scaling Winningtemp Norway to $3.2M ARR (16× growth), and leading revenue work at Lime CRM and SalesScreen.

I’ve worked with 300+ companies and had thousands of interactions with founders and GTM leaders.

I’ve been in the forecast meetings, carried runway pressure, and seen how often growth depends on a few individuals holding everything together.

I’ve also seen what happens when companies try to scale without the right foundation.
