SPORT PERFORMANCE

Perform when it matters.

Performance isn’t only physical. Preparation, focus, confidence, emotional regulation, recovery and resetting under pressure all shape what happens when it counts.

I work with ambitious athletes to develop the human capacity behind consistent performance, in training, competition and the moments where pressure is highest.

THE FRAMEWORK

Performance Capacity™

Consistent performance is built from what you stand for, what you can do under pressure and the environment supporting you.

CORE

What you stand for and where you are going, beyond a single result.

Identity · Purpose · Values · Standards · Direction

CAPABILITIES

How you take ownership, hold your focus and respond when competition changes the plan.

Ownership · Focus · Drive · Belief · Emotional Regulation · Resilience · Collaboration

ENVIRONMENT

The coaches, team, family, and support staff around you. Training and competition environments, routines and structure matter too. For younger athletes, sustainable development depends on this environment as much as the athlete.

Leadership · Culture · Communication · Psychological Safety · Accountability · Alignment · Systems · Structure · Process

THE APPROACH

A whole-person approach to performance

Performance, recovery, wellbeing, identity, environment and pressure are connected. Coaching considers the whole person, not just the next event.

Human Performance connects the practices across my work. For athletes, I combine Performance Capacity™ with principles and learnings from the Hintsa Performance philosophy and framework in my independent practice.

WHO IT IS FOR

For athletes ready to take their performance to the next level.

For ambitious athletes across sports, including motorsport, combat sports and endurance sports.

I am a Performance Coach, not a technical sports coach. I work alongside your existing technical and physical coaches, team and support network, not in place of them.

COLLABORATIONS

Working with athletes

A collaboration is shaped around the athlete, their sport and the people around them. Individual stories are shared only with permission.
