Hi, I’m Philip Kerr - SaaS Sales Leader, Certified Revenue Architect, Fractional CRO, and Executive Coach.
For over 12 years, I’ve helped ambitious SaaS companies scale smarter, faster, and more sustainably.
I’ve had the privilege of building and leading high-performing sales and go-to-market teams at some of the Nordics’ most successful SaaS companies, including Lime Technologies (CRM), Winningtemp (HR Tech), and SalesScreen (Sales Gamification).
Through these roles, I experienced firsthand what it really takes to move from founder-led growth to a scalable, investor-ready revenue engine, and what happens when companies don’t.
Originally from Sweden and now based in Norway, I’ve worked with over 300 companies across the Nordic region, aligning Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success into one cohesive growth engine.
My roots go back to the pre-SaaS era, which gives me a unique perspective on the industry’s evolution - from on-prem to SaaS, from "growth at all costs" to today's focus on sustainable, profitable scaling.
After years of watching companies hit the wall at 30–100 MSEK/NOK ARR - not because they lacked ambition, but because they lacked scalable structure, I launched my own company in 2025.
