Philip J. Kerr
Built inside real pressure

Philip Kerr — executive performance coach, Husøysund, Norway.
I am not coming at this from theory.
For more than 14 years, I have worked inside Nordic B2B SaaS across sales, growth and commercial leadership. I have led teams, scaled markets and carried targets. I have been part of companies growing fast and companies falling short.
I have seen what pressure does to companies. More importantly, I have seen what it does to the people expected to carry the results.
What I noticed wasn't the strategy. The strategy was usually clear. What determined the outcome was always what happened to the individual behind the execution — how they handled pressure, made decisions under uncertainty, and led themselves when there was no margin for error.
That's what I work with now.
And it's the background that means you don't need to explain your world to me. I already know what it looks like.
What I believe
Behaviour is the lever.
Sustainable change has to connect to what the person wants for themselves — not just what the company needs. That alignment is what makes new behaviour stick under pressure.
Sustainable performance is designed.
High performance doesn't happen by accident or by pushing harder. It happens when the right structure, habits and environment are deliberately built around the person's ambition.
The gap is almost never the strategy.
Most performance problems aren't about knowledge or ambition. They're about behaviour that hasn't caught up with the strategy. That gap is closeable.
Pressure reveals the system.
When things get hard, what you've built either holds or it doesn't. My work is about building systems that hold — for individuals, for teams and for the performance environment around them.
